1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "rs9999" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to rs9999 and the website operated at rs9999.app, including all associated services, games, and payment systems.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an rs9999 account.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the rs9999 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in a player's rs9999 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by rs9999 subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PKR deposited directly by the player and available for withdrawal once any applicable conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process, including CNIC verification and proof of payment method, required before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Activities" refers to any actions described in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all rs9999 balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rs9999.app, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
• You have read and accept the rs9999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• You have read and accept the rs9999 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on rs9999, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and any future products added to the platform. rs9999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13.

3. Eligibility

Use of the rs9999 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or operating the account for the benefit of another person.

rs9999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rs9999 support may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration

To use rs9999, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You must ensure that all information provided at registration and any time thereafter remains accurate and up to date.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold one active rs9999 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or another — is a material breach of these Terms. rs9999 may, at its sole discretion, suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets, forfeit all balances across duplicate accounts, and impose a permanent platform ban.

4.3 KYC Verification

rs9999 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name).
• Any additional documents reasonably requested by rs9999 compliance staff.

rs9999 may at its discretion require KYC verification at any stage, including before allowing further deposits. Players who do not complete KYC within 30 days of first withdrawal request may have their accounts suspended pending compliance review.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your rs9999 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. rs9999 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

rs9999 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency where available. Deposits are typically credited to your rs9999 balance within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. rs9999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier. rs9999 reserves the right to adjust these limits for any account based on risk assessment, KYC status, or responsible gaming considerations.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method-specific limits. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. rs9999 targets a same-day processing time for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume. rs9999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred for 12 consecutive months. rs9999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of PKR 500 to inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

rs9999 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any bonus-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from your Real Money Balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Only eligible game types contribute to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated on the relevant bonus page.
• rs9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, or amend bonus terms at any time, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already in active use by players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting mathematical loopholes, or using automated software — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.

7. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on rs9999 — including slot games, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface or on the corresponding product page. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game, and these Terms shall prevail for all account, payment, and conduct matters.

All games offered on rs9999 utilise certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform system. Technical faults that affect the integrity of a game round may result in the bet being voided and the staked amount returned to your balance at rs9999's sole discretion.

For sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, and international fixtures, rs9999 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, and apply rules regarding match abandonments, walkovers, and rescheduled events in line with the specific sports betting rules published in the betting section of the platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rs9999 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the platform's software — any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on rs9999.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or misappropriate any part of the rs9999 platform, software, or intellectual property.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rs9999 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on rs9999.app — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the exclusive property of rs9999 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from rs9999 without prior written consent from rs9999. Unauthorised use of rs9999 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Privacy and Data

rs9999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using rs9999, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions outside rs9999's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
• Any decision made based on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.

rs9999's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from a single incident shall not exceed the value of the deposit or wager directly involved in the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit rs9999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Responsible Gaming

rs9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides all registered players with access to the following tools, available within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your spending.

The current version of these Terms, along with its effective date, will always be published at rs9999.app/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using rs9999 and contact support to request account closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rs9999 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from the use of rs9999 that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by the applicable licensing authority.
